Mint to be!!

2013 has started and while most of the people in the US are thinking about how to stay warm, brides-to-be across the country are beginning the challenging task of picking their wedding colors!!

Wedding colors are an important part of the wedding, in fact next to the bride and groom showing up on time it is probably the most important thing. After tireless research, talking to brides, and pintresting until my eyes burn, I can tell you that the hottest color this year is *drum roll please* Mint Green. Mint is a beautiful color that lends itself to many different color combinations and seasons. My personal favorite combination with this color involves incorporating a light shade of greet and a baby yellow or peach.

Trying to decide on a centerpiece that won't break the bank and will look great with this pastel palette? Try foregoing the fresh flowers and substitute vintage birdcages. This unexpected centerpiece adds a vintage feeling to any venue.

Feeling a little more bold? Go for the color Eggplant or Plum with a bight Teal. Add peacock feathers to your bouquet to pull the look together. I would suggest doing cylinder vases filled with water and a floating candle as a centerpiece.

I will be adding pictures soon so that you can get a visual on what I am taking about. Feel free to message mew with any questions that your may have! Next week I will be taking about how to add personal touches to an all inclusive venue!!!!!
